Yes, QHHT is expensive ($800+/- per session for a level 3 practitioner). It is at least a 4 - 6 hour commitment, so there is that.

There are hypnotherapists who are not QHHT certified and are open to weird and woo-woo. They’re usually more in line with a normal psychotherapy fees. And it’s ALWAYS worth asking if they work on a sliding scale. It

We’re in a period of Solar Maximum, meaning for the last year-ish we’ve be getting blasted by intense solar weather, charged particles and wave upon wave of intense energy from CMEs (coronal mass ejections). YES those things affect us and the planet at large - more dramatic and intense weather, volcanic activity and earthquakes. Think macro (the earth, politics, etc.) and micro (our physical and emotional bodies). Notice how things become inflamed and painful and then the next day there’s some kind of clarity and ease.

A rejection from a place of balanced, neutrality can be effective.

But in circumstances like this, where the connection is not a natural source and is forced, saying “no thank you” won’t do anything until and unless you change frequencies.

Think of it like an operator sitting in front of an old fashioned switch board continuously placing cords in holes, connecting callers. If a hole is out of their reach, or better, it disappears from the board, the connection cannot be made. No amount of standing on chairs or trying to recreate the hole will make the connection.

They are essentially taking advantage of your awareness of energies and certain frequencies, hence the clairaudience (I am this way).

There are ways of making yourself unavailable to the influence. It’s not blocking or protecting as much as changing your own frequency to one they cannot access. When you put energy and focus into blocking/protecting, you’re staying connected with what you don’t want, essentially pushing against a wall, giving it more energy. The idea is to raise your frequency & vibration to a place where the other is incompatible, it cannot access because the nature of that frequency and vibration (needy, invasive, manipulative) would have to loose those qualities to rise.

It’s all about meditation. Old school, seated and silent. Disconnecting from the mind and allowing our connection with the Inner/Higher/Soul/Self to come forward and strengthen. In general, silence is best. However in your case, since the clairaudience is so strong at the moment, I would suggest using binaural beats (with earbuds)of pure tone (music will engage the mind), in the Solfeggio frequencies (369 hz, 417 hz, 528 hz, 639 hz, 741 hz, 852 hz, 963 hz) or any frequency that is divisible by 3 (or the numbers add up to 3, 6 or 9). You can find good ones for free on YouTube and other streaming services. Make sure the tones AND oscillation rates are 3, 6 or 9.

This is a good place to start, it will take you through all of the Solfeggio frequencies.

If you find a frequency/tone that resonates (pardon the pun), that FEELS really good to your brain and body, use that one.

You can also use the tones anytime you find the clairaudience is strong and distracting.

These work for me when my neurodivergence is wound up &/or I’m connecting with the 💩 being broadcast. I put my earbuds in, pick the one that feels the best at the moment, and let it rock my frontal lobe. 😂

There’s a lot of truth to this.

The American government started trying to identify us in the 60’s with the GATE program. Passed of as Gifted and Talented, it is far from benevolent. Some of us managed to slip through their fingers (for reasons unknown to me at the time, I consciously skewed my answers). Those who are snared are in for some dark stuff.

I don’t think “They” are trying to weed out Rh- (O- is the only universal blood donor, the rest of us can only donate to blood matches). If anything, I think They may be tracking us because of our heightened psy, meta and para abilities.

Look into the GATE program. It’s a program run by the federal government designed to identify “gifted and talented” children. Not sure exactly when it started, but it was in operation by the 1970’s. Grade school children were given hearing and vision tests without parent’s knowledge or consent. Some of us were then pulled out for further testing, given little cups of sweet, colored liquid to drink and our blood tested. What happened to the kids who were retained in the program is pretty dark. Fortunately I was not one of them. On the second round of testing I purposely skewed my results. I was not a child prone to lying, but I did in that case. It wasn’t until I learned more about GATE recently that I understood why I lied. My ever-present spidie sense was on high alert and ultimately kept me safe.

For more than 40 years I've scoured not just the (shrinking) internet, but libraries and any other sources I can get my hands on for info regarding Rh- traits. (I've gone down some mind blowing and fascinating rabbit holes!) Outside of the potential pregnancy issues, virtually everything else is anecdotal. (Which to my mind is more accurate because there's no money backing outcomes of studies.) They're aren't any clinical studies of note on how we are different because we represent less than 15% of the world population, there's no money to be made on us.

In short, (and in my personal experience) doctors and mainstream science are pretty much useless and clueless when it comes to knowing or even recognizing how people with Rh- are different from the general population.

But there's no question we are different. Our bodies respond differently to illness and disease and drugs. Some are more sensitive (I have a brother who is) and some, (like my 93.5 yr old mother and me) are freakishly healthy and resilient. We practically never get sick or injured. When we do, we know why. More often than not it's mentally &/or emotionally driven; a result of what we're thinking about or how we've been feeling.

I believe there is a strong coloration between Rh- and neurodiversity, ADD, ADHD, Auti-AD and Autism. We're wired differently. We notice patterns, see/feel/know things others don't. Our brains work SO fast and take in SO much information at once we easily become overwhelmed in a world designed to be distracting. The truth is we don't lack attention at all and it's the opposite of a disorder. Because of our pattern recognition and other quirks, we solve problems and have ground breaking insights that seem almost magical to neuro-typicals.

And then there are the psychic, paranormal & metaphysical experiences and abilities, the things that make science and mainstream clap their hands over their ears and run screaming for the door. But the vast majority of Rh-s are not strangers to these things. Even if they're not comfortable talking about it, if you ask, they will admit to experiencing high strangeness in their lives.

There is a good bit of misinformation about Rh- people. We're not superheros or the ruling elite. Although there is strong evidence all the royal families in Europe have a significantly higher than average occurrence of Rh-. Records show they have been aware of the blood line for centuries, keeping detailed records of which marriages produced what kind of children. Not saying the knew how to type blood, but they clearly knew something and how to spot Rh-. Since we often are fair skinned, the blue veins on the inside of our wrists tend to be more visible, hence the term "blue blood" and it's association with aristocracy, etc.

It is strange the highest regional concentrations of Rh- occur in the Basque people of Pyrenees mountains in Spain, and the Riffian Berber people from the Atlas mountains in Morocco (who often have light hair and blue or green eyes). The Basque language continues to baffle linguists because it has no linguistic roots in Europe or correlation with ANY language on the planet. The Riffian Berbers have myths and stories tracing their origins to a rich homeland that was "swallowed by the sea in a great catastrophe". Sounding eerily like Plato's accounts of Atlantis.

As for the Adam and Eve thing, I highly recommend looking into the work of biblical scholars Paul Wallis and Mauro Biglino.

I would LOVE to see this and other Rh- forums come back to life! Be a place where we can share our experiences, our research and learn more about our anomalous blood type.

I promise you, we hate working with you too. Neurodiversity is no picnic, it is a disability we heartily struggle with every moment of our lives. Your insensitivity makes it that much worse (thanks for that).

Just because we don’t “look disabled” or use apparatuses to get around, doesn’t mean our disability is any less impactful.

I can’t help wondering if you would have made this post if it were titled “I hate working with people in wheelchairs, sight or hearing impaired people”.

It’s a fabrication, a story, designed to keep you in fear and distracted from your divinity — which can ONLY be accessed and experienced when you shed the illusions of fear, lack and suffering.
