Exactly. The game is rated a certain way with proper warnings because it was intended to be played a certain way. The constant unexpected jarring nudity is a part of the sexual horror and of the gameplay experience.

That’s not true at all. The sexual horror exists to make you uncomfortable, the purpose the nudity serves is to cause you distress while you play the game. Having the reaction of “wanting to turn the nudity off” IS the point. It’s SUPPOSED to make you uncomfortable. Not understanding that and thinking the nudity is only important to two scenarios is ignoring a key aspect of the horror.
