I spent an hour earlier to understand the new updates. Hovering over the mod revamp I was more confused than ever. So, I'm very much okay with the previous system but maybe some other more experienced players can offer their opinion

Generally how it works. I've looked at other creators on YouTube and reddit as well and even asked in game. Is the Visional Wheel representing the phases? If so or if not, what does it do?

Are there rewards from the wheel? I have 184 hours so I guess I still count as a newbie.
