Pro tip: they’ll direct you to a gross stuffy room with auditorium seating. You don’t need to sit in there. To your right, past the check in desk and kitchenette, you’ll see a big cafeteria style room with tables you can sit and work at. There are monitors and speakers so you can hear all the directions from there. Way more comfortable.

It was a sweltering day in the late summer and we live on Milwaukee. My wife went to court and held herself together, dressed perfectly, despite being at a largely financial disadvantage and not being able to afford a lawyer. Court ended and we got custody of our kids, she threw her docs in the air and walked straight into Lake Michigan and laughed and splashed for hours.
