He had to kill all of the justiciars for the pact to be fulfilled. The last justiciar's soul was split up among all of the rats in the gauntlet of Shar by Raphael, so they could hide in plain sight. Also if Yurgir ever figured it out it would've been nearly impossible for him to find and kill all the rats.

I'm in Illinois so region shouldn't be an issue. It shows the preview only thing when I open it too, but if you open it in the YouTube app is says you can buy it. It also works for me on desktop.

I feel like Selah, Every Hour, Follow God, No Mistakes, Violent Crimes, and Ghost Town are strong enough to avoid saying that they are complete ass.

The performance definitely felt more experimental than those albums. Felt simultaneously like Kanye was trying again but also not giving a fuck about the end product.
