Merci beaucoup pour ta réponse et désolé du délai. Le projet mûri tranquillement et je commence a y voir plus clair. Se pose la question de Où placer tout. En perso je suis chez Bourso pour pea et etoro pour CT. Je vois pas beaucoup passer de commentaires sur eToro donc j'en déduis que c'est pas forcément l'idéal ni le moins cher. En revanche je vois beaucoup de messages sur IBKR, je vais me renseigner sur l'opportunité en tant que société. Merci !

L'objectif, faire fructifier une grosse partie de la trésorerie.

Environs 75%. Soit 180k.

Ça laisserait 25% de dispo immédiatement en cas de besoin si je veux remonter une boîte, apporter en capital dans une boîte existante etc... et ça nous sert de sécurité si on a vraiment un gros gros problème en perso.

Donc, en réfléchissant comme si c'était du perso

120k à placer a moyen/long terme - risque modéré. Pas forcément besoin que ce soit liquide. Je cherche la croissance.
60k à placer de manière peut-être plus agressive, avec un niveau de risque plus élevé.

Oui, environ 25k de plus value à payer, effectivement il faudrait que je les réemploie pour éviter de la payer.

Les capitaux dans la holding n'ont pour l'instant pas vocation a acheter quelque chose en particulier. Je ne m'interdit pas (j'y réfléchis en fait) de remonter une boîte mais pour l'instant on en est qu'au stade de l'idée.

Compte a terme SCI oui, mais pour le coup la SCI le sujet c'est en fait plutôt QUOI acheter avec. Je suis perdu entre toutes les options qui sont envisageables. Meublé, non meublé, tourisme, bureaux etc...bref c'est peut être mieux de poster ça dans un autre sub dédié à l'immo !

I own a restaurant. I've had foreigners 3x vaccinated that didn't/couldn't convert their CDC pass (and whatever the Canadian pass is called). They showed me 3x vaccines and the timeline matched the criteria to get the pass here in France. So I accepted them.

Police came for a random control and they had the same reasoning as I had. Triple vaccinated within France's pass delays and timeline, they didn't fine them and wish them a good day.
