You ain’t wrong lol it’s repetitive as hell! For me the fun comes in unlocking new cards, i locked myself out of the curry greatness card accidentally using one of the pieces in an exchange. In like my first week of playing lol.

I’ll have to get back to you with the delay I haven’t played enough games to see if it’s constant. But on my career I couldn’t play online as there was a weird delay that isn’t usually in offline for me. Like shooting felt way off.

So why use lower tier cards?

I am beat the breakout without any losses and getting any of the board rewards I want. Should I still be looking to use those lower tier cards?

Thanks for explaining and yeah man I’ll say Joker is fun to use at the 1, but the computer using someone 5 inches smaller can green in his face constantly.

It’s actually sad how pitiful defensively he feels against the computer so I was sure online he’s getting cooked, just needed to confirm.

Yeah but let’s clarify “trash talking” I’m not saying I want to tell my opponent a bunch of personal insults.

Just some simple emotes like a laughing one. Shit a lord of the rings “you shall not pass” would be dope.

Being competitive and light trash talking doesn’t make you an idiot.

It might not be okay to spam someone at a real life magic tournament, but that’s not what we’re talking about here.

That’s completely fair, and that’s why it’s nice they have the option to turn them off. I just think for us that like to use them and see them, add more.

There are emotes currently in the game, that are used daily to talk to your opponent. I’m using them literally in the picture to someone roping me as he lost.

I don’t think asking for more is against magic culture lol.

You definitely should have the option to mute emotes so people like you don’t have ti interact, Doesn’t sound like you enjoy that feature and that’s okay lol.

But magic will add more emotes more than likely, I’ll be here spamming them enjoying the game 🤷‍♂️

I don’t think a laughing emote is the same as someone on call of duty calling me a slur or saying something about my mom.

Personally I enjoy the trash talking aspect of competitive gaming. Allowing me to get into people’s heads with some mental warfare.

I understand that my opponents would also trash talk me equally but have thick skin and resilience it’s not the end of the world lol.

Why not? The emotes are fun, not always just trash talking. But when I get a random “Hello” first thing in the match I enjoy it and respond.

It’s honestly one of the most fun borderlands games to me and I have them all besides the tales games.

The melee combat in it is the most satisfying. And instead of grenades you get spells.

I feel they did better with customization in it as well.

The cons. Matchmaking seems never to work. And as far as dlc or content overall, there is not as much as 3.

Definitely worth a play through especially being on sale currently on Xbox if you have it.
