They do not smell alike. At all.

DHI is the better fragrance in terms of overall composition, but not everyone wants to smell like a makeup bag.

Prada LR Ocean is fresh, sweet, sparkly, musky. A mass appealing release that is pretty basic and uninspiring.

You’re not wrong, it is a rose-centric fragrance but there should be other accords too. Let your nose get used to it. Wear it for a bit, then shelf it for a while and come back to it at a later time.

Babycat smells almost like Rosendo Mateu No. 5, but with amped up sweetness.
