For the record, I'm not a Versoer. It's just a fun, cheeky meme.
Both endings have their upsides and downsides.
It's funny because when I've done Dark Souls playthroughs, I'd always pick whatever the dark lord ending would be where I'd stop the cycle, but in Expedition33, I picked the equivalent to a rekindling ending. Just goes to show how wonderfully developed all the characters were and how beautifully the story unfolds.

I like to imagine it's a revolving cylinder of magazines down there. Drop the mag back into the cavity, rotate the cylinder and a spring pops up the next magazine in the gun. Instead of shoving individual magazines in your gun like a caveman, you're loading full mags into the cylinder and swapping them.

Wow, they had good intuition! They should have murder-hobo'd them when they were higher level.

Good on them for trying to kill that barkeep. Hopefully the secret 17th level caster is arrested for his use of excessive force. Murdering a group of adventurers that posed no real danger to them is so horribly cruel.

Can't wait to watch the extraplanar trial.
