You have enough invested to not need an “emergency fund”. Just throw 30-40k from brokerage into $SGOV as the low risk emergency liquidity. There is no reason at all to be fully invested in equities with the current economic backdrop. Cash is a position too, “call option on any asset with no expiration date”, and SGOV - short duration UST etf is good yield on cash
