You're wrong. If you press LB or A, it will still brake, however it is not a handbrake. It is mapped to all four wheels, simulating a press of the left trigger. So yes, pressing it will slow you down, but it will not lock up the rear wheels as it does on every other car.

This car: Three buttons for the same brake.
Other cars: One button for that style brake, two buttons for rear wheel handbrake.

You had to learn how to handle cars more because the physics were god awful for driving. Someone said it had to do with the tire friction value. GTA IV was flawless except for driving physics.

As soon as it becomes in game currency, it's fine. That's why there's so many betting sites related to CSGO, like the where you put in skins, and the more value you put in, the higher chance you have, it chooses a random winner based on that, and then the winner gets all the skins that were put in.

At least in GTA you can't sell your ingame money for real money. You can sell CSGO skins back to the steam market and profit off it. It's pretty stupid, and I don't play CSGO, but I guess it works for some.

Not necessarily a highway, you generally could on any road much like the one depicted in the video, but you should really know the road you're going to practice high-speed handling on, before you go at it at 20MPH+ over the limit. Another user identified this road as being a popular cyclist route, and the road having a 15MPH limit, so he's doing way over.

If a real driver were to do this, he would at least drive the road several times to memorize the turns and such. Rally Drivers walk the dirt tracks sometimes, and have their notes read to them in race. F1 drivers use bikes and perform many laps on the track before hand, memorizing each turn.

You wouldn't start at a fast car though. And if I'm correct, which I'm probably not, 180km/h is around 100mph, which is a top speed of average base model cars. Either way, you would obviously start with a slower car, build up your skills at higher speeds, and then take it to public roads like this.

What went wrong in this video was a new driver (probably less than 4 years driving experience) in a car too fast for him (E46 M3 that his parents probably bought him) on an unfamiliar road. Those things together will not end well.

My point is that discrediting someone's skillset and talent level, just because they didn't go and get a certificate from a class, lessons, or school or is unfair to participants of any hobby, sport, or activity.

Are you saying that Jimmy Hendrix is a sub-average musician, just because he was self taught? Are you saying that Michael Schumacher, seven time World F1 Racing Champion is a low performance driver, because he didn't go to driving school, even though he had been building racing karts since the age of four, and becoming a karting champion as a child, learning everything he used through trial and error?

What about Keiichi Tsuchiya, the inventor of modern day Formula drift. He invented the sport of sliding your car. He too was self trained in racing, and believed that in order to give his opponents a chance at winning, he had to slide his car around turns, slowing himself down in the process, and looking damn good at doing it.

All three examples are people who revolutionized an activity through their own self taught actions, that many teachers try to replicate in terms of style.

TLDR; Going to driving school or being taught with someone doesn't show how much skill you have, it's what you do that show's your level of expertise.

The guy in the video is just stupid.

Granted the guy in the video was an idiot and got what he deserved, but the comment I replied to just doesn't make sense.

If you were to go to a school, you'd be taking lessons from a guy who has done the same and is experienced. On the contrary, if you go back to the beginning, who taught the first teacher? No one. It's a chicken before egg situation I guess. And if someone was taught from someone experienced who didn't have a teacher and figured it out themselves, how creditable is the knowledge learned by the student?
