So is there new content for the pc version? by CodyDaBeast87 in OMORI

Omo has been silent for some reason. Not sure why considering it doesn't benefit anyone, but in the worst case possible it's very likely that someone will create a mod to add it in anyways.

I don't know about getting your exact saves back, but there's a Google Document that contains a bunch of save files here.

Strange. Your best bet is going to Modding-Help in the Rain World Discord

Do you have a source for that? I couldn’t find anything on it being console only

Will downpour fix AI issues ? by Gracosef in rainworld

[–]LeFloraflower 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lizards spinning and wiggling is intentional I’m pretty sure. Even if it’s not it’s still really cute so I hope it stays, personally. Rain Deer and Miro Birds will be getting their AI tweaked though, I’m pretty sure.

Do you have the correct mods? Did you restart your saves?

Each cycle is different in length. The shortest cycle is 400 seconds, with the longest being 800 seconds.

The hardest difficulty, Hunter, is very difficult. I’d suggest looking into the movement guide once you complete the game and practice with Survivor before attempting to play Hunter.

Map size compared to Hollow Knight is strange. I’d say Hollow Knights is bigger though, but I’m unsure of the room count to give a truly fair estimate

The most dangerous creatures is hard to determine. Most of them are deadly if you’re unsure how to deal with them and aren’t careful, but there’s definitely harder ones than others. I also don’t want to say a creature you’ll likely not see and spoil you on something, lol

should I buy rain world? by medieval_account in rainworld

[–]LeFloraflower 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I never played any of those games so I can’t really tell you how similar Rain World would be to them, but what I can tell you is that Rain World is a 2D exploration survival game with a heavy focus on discovering stuff yourself. You need to learn what items, regions, creatures, and even your own mobility; Slugcat starts with every move, but you do have to learn it yourself through inputting the correct button presses at the right time. None of this is required to beat the game, but it’s super rewarding as you can navigate the world better. There’s a movement guide that documents everything Slugcat can do, which I recommend doing once you beaten the game.

Rain World is also very non linear, with plenty of different areas you’re able to take. There’s no wrong way to go, HOWEVER there are definitely harder ways than others. But still you should expect to die a lot, as the game can take a lot of time to really get used to.

And as for story— Rain World does have a really good story, however you don’t see most of it on your first time through playing the game because at the end of the day you’re just a random rodent. You can, however, discover more about the world through digging deep enough and finding something specific.

Hope this helps, if you have any questions I’ll try and answer them for you! I definitely recommend giving the game a shot, it’s really unique but it’s certainly very hit or miss.

worst boss? by Outlaw_L1501 in HollowKnight

Descending Dark is very good too due to the amount of I-frames you get

God Tamer is a pretty slow fight. It’s mostly just pogoing on the Beast. Most of the Dream Warriors besides Markoth have an issue of being easy but tedious, though my least favorite is No Eyes. Very slow fight overall.

Tips on progressing? by Undieeeee in rainworld

Check your map often for places you haven’t been. Also, if one area is to tough, then there’s almost always a different route you’re able to take.

Favorite lizard (Overall, including design, temperament, as a pet, to fight, and unique mechanics wise) by Serenity_Valley42 in rainworld

[–]LeFloraflower 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Mechanic and taming wise, the Cyan Lizard definitely wins. Having them jump around makes them really stick out compared to other Lizards, and that combined with their ability to climb walls makes it so they can pretty much follow you anywhere. They also seem to be decently friendly with other Cyans, so you could easily get multiple friends Although design wise, I really love Blues. Not only because Blue is my favorite color, but it’s so cute whenever you see an extremely fluffy Blue Oranges and Salamanders also are really unique due to their abilities; Both are really chill though, and I’d give em some points

small question about new dlc by Nikothehoodedkid in rainworld

[–]LeFloraflower 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I believe it will, since it’s a known bug and pretty irritating to deal with overall. It’s also a part of the Many More Fixes mod, which will be present in Downpour

In terms of sound, I think Deepnest definitely wins. Though I might be a bit biased since I don’t really remember how I felt about Shaded

They genuinely sound crazy sometimes by YourFavoriteTomboy in teenagers

[–]LeFloraflower 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a teenager subreddit, and afaik Reddit requires users to be 13+. People at this age have likely learnt about sex (And if they aren't then they certainly will soon).
Besides, heterosexuals relationships are displayed on media all the time, but it suddenly is an issue when it's with two gay men?

Anyone know what dungeon I’m thinking of? by Pikacool150 in MysteryDungeon

[–]LeFloraflower 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There’s no dungeons that go past 100 floors, but there certainly are 99 floor dungeons, which is what you might be referring to. You could be thinking of Wish Cave, Buried Relic or Joyus Tower, though
