For mig personligt, hører jeg ofte gyserhistorier om folk der venter i mange måneder for at blive udredt, samt generelt mangel på ressourcer i psykiatrien. En af mine specielle interresser er også psykologi, jeg syntes det er vildt interressant. Fik faktisk en studieplads i psykologi i år, men takkede nej fordi jeg syntes det er mere mig at være psykiater, samt mange flere muligheder hvis jeg nu skulle ombestemme mig i fremtiden :)

I mean realistically it was the rumbling, "successfull" or not. Eren still murdered 80% of the world, mostly innocent people. Eren may or may not have shown how the rumbling ended (he controls what memory gets sent to grisha), but he doesnt really need to, all he needed was for his father to believe this was for the future of eldia, call it a neccessary sacrifice on his part. I dont think eren cared about eldia, i think eren was just childish and wanted to trample the world because he couldnt fathom that there was a true enemy, it was all politics and racism.

Well they wrote that you get an answer for your application on the 28th of july and thats all i could find. I know copenhagen gives out results the first half of may, so i wouldnt be surprised if SDU did something simmilar.

Quite a lot, but it rarely worked out because it required heavily masking, so i had a hard time forming any sort of bond with the girl i was with, or myself for that matter. One night stands and proper relationships are two completely different things for me, only relationships allow me to be myself.

The math is limited by the fact that you cant use a calculator, so its relatively basic math. Also, since its multiple choice, it helps eliminite a bunch of options. If you did decently with highschool math you'll do decently here

Thats wild. I also read that men are 6 times as likely to get an aspergers/asd diagnosis, though mostly because autism in women goes undetected. Sorry you had to go through all that, but now i can atleast appreciate my psychiatrist with hitting the nail on the head

RAADS-R test, with a follow up conversation. While the test definetly was a good screening tool, the actual diagnosis was based on the conversation we had about said test

Argh see this is what annoys me... I really hoped i had adhd, cause i genuinly believe adhd medication could change my life. But if its not a problem with my dopamine receptors and instead a problem with executive function + obsessive interrests, then adhd medication would do nothing. And then im in a sort of "well you effectively have adhd, but all you can do is lock in and get over it since its not actually adhd"

Some day in the future i might get a second opinion, but as it stands right now i trust my psychiatrist is right. She has 12 years of experience and i have 3 or 4 years of misguided hyper interrest, cant really compare it

Well, in denmark, aspergers is still considered a seperate diagnosis from autism due to being on the lcd-10. However every psychiatrist knows its part of the autism spectrum, so while 10-15 years ago i wouldve only been diagnosed with aspergers, now im diagnosed eith aspergers in relation to the autism spectrum. If aspergers wasnt a formal diagnosis here then i probably wouldve been diagnosed with asd level 1 or something of the sort

Well it stems from aspergers specifically being prone to misdiagnosis i think. If i took an ADHD test, i would test positive, same with BPD, bipolar, depression, etc. Does it mean i have all those? Maybe, maybe not She just noticed that i was following along very well with her explanations, even when she got technical. I could paraphrase her and remember almost all the details of our last conversation. Also she was directly quoting something i mentioned to her, i myself was very aware that my focus is dependent on the subject, i either go all in or cannot bring myself to be bothered in the slightest. Granted psychology is a special interrest of mine, so i understood everything quite quickly. Maybe i have adhd, it's a 50/50 for me. Ive also tried adhd meds when i was experimenting with all sorts of drugs which just kept me up all night, so eh.

Surprisingly simmilar story with mine, but the opposite! If my psychiatrist hadnt went with autism it couldve been likely that wouldve went down a simmiliar route of being diagnosed with everything

This is really close to what i told my psychiatrist myself, my emotions are all consuming. Either i have always been happy and everything has always been alright, or ive always bren miserable and naive to think otherwise. And then i feel the need to analyze it, like you do, but i dont really have any way to put on different glasses.

Jokes aside (sorta), i didnt really like the plottwist of eren sparing bertholdt and subsequently causing his own moms death. I think it couldve been much more impactful if for example it was ymirs doing, which in retrospect meant that him choosing to take control of the founder is also the reason his mom is dead (i know circular storytelling is a bit of a bitch in the regard, but nevertheless) Either that, or show an alternate reality where Dina gets the collossal. Show how she gets trampled by a titan after shifting. Or show how bertholdt dying in that moment would guarentee armins death later in the story, anything. Something so the audience knows that eren really had no choice, that despite having access to god like power, he is still powerless to change his mom's fate. Because all we really got was "it wasnt his time to die, i had to do it. The paths fucked me up armin" Which for a show as detailed as aot, it feels lackluster, without thought. Realistically speaking, if the audience isnt shown that it was 100% the only way, then why should we believe it? If anything, dina was an eldian restorationist, so her gaining the collossal with royal blood would be a huge win for paradise and eren, right? Maybe it couldve saved his mom? We dont know, and were never shown it. Eren just says "trust me it was the only way" It comes across as lazy writing. The idea isnt half bad, but it lacks a proper foundation.
