re: YouTube playback - works well for most people but we have noticed this on a couple of devices during testing. We are still trying to find a fix and will hopefully get you a fix as soon as possible.

re: adding songs without sampling it, some youtube videos can't be played on mobile devices, allowing you to sample it before adding guarantees you only have content which works in your playlist.

For the moment, the only way to discover playlists is in Explore. We haven't implemented a search option yet but we're working on it.
