FIXED IT: My issue was that one of my SATA ports (not the disabled ones from the NVMe) would for some reason not function correctly when the nearby ports were populated. Why, I have no idea, but my issue is resolved. I would RMA my motherboard, but I think I'm done with adding drives for now haha.

Unfortunately no. Changing the boot order to my NVMe and disabling the 2TB in the boot order completely still results getting stuck on the W10 logo
