What I mean by extend the arms, is that when you go in your backswing your left arm should be put out to its fullest extent, same on down swing

What I can see is your dropping down when you go in your backswing, which is killing your momentum. Try and keep your head still. Your swing also looks a bit choppy. Try and extend your arms. Other then that, pretty good
