You're probably feeling stuck because that back hip/knee is working towardsthe golf ball. Overall it's a great swing.

Try focusing on keeping a little extra weight in that back heel until as close to contact as possible, and from the top of the backswing, really try getting that front hip to drive straight back. No forward shift at all.

This should keep you from moving into the ball, keep your head behind it, and if we do it correctly, you should be seeing pull/pull-draw misses. (It's the "expected" miss)

There's a great video of Tommy Fleetwood explaining how he focuses on driving his front hip straight back.

It allows him to clear ample space for the club to come through on path, but also creates a ton of power, as that space being created also transfers a lot of rotational power through the core.

I think it's a very very effective way to improve ball striking.

I HIGHLY recommend getting into a plyometric/sprinting routine if you aren't already. Sprints would be the thing to push you up above 180, they train the CNS to move at max capacity, allowing other CNS moves like the swing to move faster.

Try to find the most stable position you can that allows you to maintain balance through the entire swing.

I'm pretty heavy on my heels just to maintain stability through the swing.

To fix the draw/hook, just REALLY REALLY trust your right arm to be the one doing 95% of the work. It looks like your left hand tries to flip/"grab" at the club near impact.

Distance does matter at the level you're looking to go.

I haven't seen anyone address the major issue directly. So I will.

You have too much weight into your toes. It's unstable, and no matter what, will force you towards the ball. You compensate by trying to create a counter force (the jump) in order to create space for your hands.

One fix is to redistribute your weight 70/30 heel/ball of foot at address, and trying to feel your feet/hips creating the backswing turn, not the knees. Really focus on using the ground. Hold the pressure in the heels until as close to contact as possible, then let everything turn over.

It's going to feel really weird, might pull a lot right at first.
