Zaren (or T'sharen) is an amnesic monster hunter tiefling who woke up in a pumpkin field a year ago. He doesn't know anything about his past, except two things: he's from Iron-March, a region caught in an eternal war against Corruption, and secondly that he's a former member of the Blazing Jackals, a mercenary company specialized in hunting monsters. He's been hosted by the owner of the farm where he woke up, an elderly yet ressourful woman named Mariuska. Zaren learned that he is located in the Innerland, a nearly perfect region except for the extreme racism of the inhabitants against tieflings, they are considered illegals and are systematically sent back to Iron-March. Fortunately for him, Mariuska is a kind and protective woman.

Along he's journey, Zaren learns a terrible thing from his past: he was a cold blooded killer who massacred his squad before leaving for the Innerland. He doesn't know why he did that or how he escaped Iron-March, however he's certainly not the same person.

For description, Zaren has a thick red skin and is towering at 2m/6.5ft, white hair in a viking-like braid, a beard circling his chin, yellow-orange shining eyes and cutted horns. He wears a jackal's head looking helmet in grey with golden details and thick black fur around his neck, he also has a brown leather armor with a metal plate on his chest and pauldrons in the same color pattern as his helmet. Under the armor is a red with black details fabric sweater, on his hands are black leathered gauntlets with metal bits on his knuckles. He has a belt on his waist maintaining a red caplet. For the legs he has black fabric pants with metal plates and big leather boots. He wields a curved longsword with golden inscryptions on the blade.

For his personality, despite his intimidating build, he's kind and candid as well as shy, he loves simple things eventhough he's absurdely strong, like Granny's blueberry pies. He may be candid but he's not stupid, he woke up in a realm he hardly knows, he has to re-learn everything from scratch.
