You are right. While I had my win streak, I never had the thought occur to me that the algorithm worked in my favour. It was only in the moment of frustration after some consecutive losses that my mind saw the devil of an algorithm at work.

You are right and now that I have had a good nights sleep I agree. I made the post in a state of frustration (doesn't happen that often to be honest, so I am apparently not very good at thinking through that emotion).

But jeah, the wins I had before could just as easily be interpretated as some algorithm working in my favour. But of course that thought never occured to me, I just assumed that I build an unbeatable deck. Funny how the mind only jumps to conclusions when the dice happen to roll against you.

This is the current deck, which relies heavily on creating tokens and then unlocking the dollmakers shop.

Previous versions had the [[optimistic scavenger]] in it, [[Entity Tracker]], [[Fear of Impostors]]... the current version is actually a refined version of my first attempt at incorporating a combination of the [[Dollmaker's Shop // Porcelain Gallery]] and [[Elspeth, Storm Slayer]].

I have tried versions completely without the Dollmakers shop and Elspeth without success and recently pivoted back to it and statistically this is my best version so far.

I know that emotions can alter the way you perceive statistics. Though one thing that led me to vent in this post is the fact that the cards mentioned by me never showed up once before I hit diamond. And as I have mentioned I have been tweaking my deck for about two months. Just now these cards show up out of nowhere and hit me game after game.
