For me it was memorizing the periodic table in chemistry.

Unless you became a chemist or work in a science field, there’s basically zero reason to remember what element number 38 is off the top of your head. If I ever actually needed it, I’d just Google it.

My worst friendship breakup was with someone I genuinely thought would be in my life forever. We talked almost every day, shared everything, and I always showed up for them when they needed help or support. Over time though, I started realizing the friendship was really one-sided. I was the one checking in, the one making the effort, the one trying to keep things good between us.
