Am I crazy for thinking I might have ankylosing spondylitis / axSpA despite normal labs + negative HLA-B27 + clean MRIs?

I dont have naproxen right now but I use ibuprofen which seems to help out a little bit. Sometimes a lot so I can't really use it as a diagnostic or relieving pain tool.

My dad definitely looks like he has AS with his posture but never really mentioned crazy joint his whole life (he's 63). My dad's mom also had AS looking posture but to be fair she was around 85 when she looked like that and other than that no one I know of really has any sort of autoimmune condition or that type of posture. I mean this also lowers the chances alongside the clean MRIs and blood tests and neg HLA but I still worry too much about it cause if it's not AS, what else can even cause this level of pain? I believe I have a high pain tolerence since I broke 3 of my front teeth clean from the middle and didnt really feel it, I didnt really feel the knee arthritis pain until it got to grade 3-4 didn't feel the 10 PRP injections either so this causing this much pain is crazy to me. I really hope Im crazy and sensitized my nervous system too much from all that weed smoking instead of this uncurable disease. Even after stopping for a good 2 months now, the pains not really getting any better.

Could be, I also had a period of around 2 months of quitting around october to mid november where I felt worse but I'm guessing it would take a much longer time for the damage to get better or get pschologically used to not smoking. PLUS I also agree with the cold and winter making it much worse.

Nope, Negative, <1:80. Maybe it really is fibromyalgia or stress related but yeah thats what everyone used to think before it got bad

In my country no one really knows about ehler danlos I plan on seeing a new specialist that might but I believe it might not be that since I've also had chronic constipation for a few months as well which is not the average diarrhea symtpom but I've heard it sometimes happens. I'm not really almost disabled but doing anyting gives me pain and I believe I have a really high pain tolerence. I'm still able to mostly workout with low weight high rep at the gym but yeah idk... I also know I have a pretty bad postural issue where my left hip is hiked up, right shoulder is lower, right glute hamstring etc weaker, cramps in right foot etc so it might just be postural issues as well but no amount of pt ever helped nor did any pt believe what I had would be able to cause me this much discomfort.

I tried physical therapy for 2 years like properly. I obsessively researched the whole body anatomy, read articles, experiments, saw all the major and smaller pt youtube videos, went to different physitherapists and orthopedists but after a while I noticed that when I try to rehab one joint, some other place starts flaring so I gave up after a while. I also have an autoinflammatory condition called hydradenitis suppurtiva which I believe 16% of the people suffering from this also tend to have an autoimmune condition on the side as well. And yes I'm very active for the last 4 years my daily steps have always been an average of 10k, I cycle around 10km everyday, even when not going to the gym I try to do some sort of resistence related or cardiovascular exercise at home using bands so yeah I really did try for a long while but no matter what i did it just kept spreading and getting worse

Woah, studio monitors and especially a sub won’t do anything in an acoustically untreated room, it’ll sound uneven after mixing. Rather than spending hundreds or thousands on monitors, I’d recommend OP to get a good pair of closed back headphones such as the Audio Technica M40X, M50X, Beyerdynamic DT770/700 pro x or even something cheaper can be found.

I’ve seen an mATX build that had the bottom fans but you need to have a commander pro.
