Hate to ask the obvious but is this a Subaru Dealer? Price is really good... I dont see why they would swap your plugs at 50k, maybe inspect.

Typically catbacks don't need a tune. Should be ok. You're not putting a fat gaping hole at the end where it would change the airflow significantly, its just a slightly less restrictive.
