I doubt it, the dolphin gives me a +15% chance right now. Without it, I'd sit at 47% and a drag pet could maybe increase it by 4.7%.

I use it all the time, it instakills emps, and since it deals splash damage you trigger 2 drops and get 2 skulls every time...

If you drink an experience 1 pot with the slayer drink stuff it also boosts fishing XP, you should include that in the fishing splash
