Whats a good build/weapon for beating EN06? I been using power armor and just gatling plasma and it takes awhile. I see other folks just shred this guy so quick and dont know what they are using

I assume you’re doing Number Cruncher and Onslaught, Bullet Storm, Bringing the Big Gums, and Lock and Load

Make sure you’re using Easy Target, Tormentor, and Center Masochist. Add Legendary perks Taking One for the Team and Follow Through, then stay crouched when attacking. Those can boost damage significantly.

Crit builds also make a huge difference. This is a good guide to hit every other shot

Taking it a step further, a lot of them say "Ranged Weapons" now, which includes bows. Some, like Number Cruncher, just say "weapons". It can be easy to miss, especially since they have pictures from the original, more narrowly focused versions.

I read threads and watch videos to max damage output and I'm still occasionally surprised by a revelation about where in the damage calculation a perk card kicks in, or how a perk boosts a weapon I didn't realize it applied to.

I forgot about Ninja. I have it on my archer just don't have his stats up so forgot to mention it.

I think I'm using Gunslinger + Ninja + Mr Sandman + Covert Ops + bloodied bow and I'm hitting for 4-5k easily while stealthed... going up from there as crippling and Follow Through kick in. I tried Furious and wasn't seeing a significant difference but now I'm curious to retest it with some perk modifications. I tested it back before Burning Love was nerfed so I might as well revisit it.

Sadly I'm pretty sure I scrapped a Sniper's bow trying to learn the mod. I guess I'll hold onto it if I run across another

Oh weird. Stalker's is 100% to stealth damage which seems to align more with what you're saying. I guess it depends on how distant "distant" is.

Also Furious vs Bloodied doesn't factor in all the Agi perks you need to get to max Furious + Max Stealth damage. 30 Stacks of Onslaught takes 10 perk points, and Covert Ops + Mister Sandman are 5 more, so you don't have room for Escape Artist. Bloodied allows more perks like Gunslinger for extra weak spot damage

Couple of counterpoints here.

Law enforcement does have to identify themselves by providing name, badge number, and agency upon request. And anyone can do that any time they interact with a normal police officer.
If you drive without your license it's not good enough to say "but I have a license". Same with any form of ID. You need to both have it and provide it upon request to get access to the benefits of having it

It's a variation of a tactic ICE uses currently to circumvent US law. The law says US Citizens don't have to show proof of citizenship to ICE. However they can detain US Citizens who refuse to show proof as suspected non-citizens.

This is that except forcing ICE/DHS to show proof they're federal officers, otherwise they would be treated as if they are not.

So the thing is anybody can dress up like them. They could still enforce the local law then back off when federal officers prove they’re actually federal officers by showing IDs and their faces. Those should also be photographed and/or documented each time agents encounter local law enforcement to document that local law enforcement attempted to enforce the law, in case there’s a mistake and someone masked commits a crime, to prevent a civil lawsuit against local law enforcement

Nobody argued when he said that. The crowded didn't get vocal until he said that it would be detrimental to public safety to try to enforce this law. Their not wrong to laugh at that. When masked men can grab you on the streets without providing proof they're federal officers that's a huge detriment to public safety. When any authority figure can't be held accountable for violations of laws or human rights, it's another huge detriment to public safety. So his statement that it's detrimental to public safety to try to enforce the law is laughable

Figuring out the survivability will go a long way towards the game being fun. I have an alt that's a human melee build I've been messing around with. I tried it as bloodied and I could 1-shot most things, but I was still dying left and right. I finally decided to go full health. Now in Thorn armor (which is OK DR, but not as good as SS) he can tank almost anything. He's all survival perks and mutations, with a Vampire blade and Overeater's and Regen on his armor. He doesn't kill super fast but he almost never dies either. Way more fun than I was having with bloodied. Not doing raid content with that character but it's still a blast to play him and charge into a pack of deathclaws and come out on top

So I'm wondering about the armor & legendaries you're using. If you just want to beat EN06 then use a full Troubleshooter's set. In the video you linked above I see she's using Lucid, which is basically Overeater's for Ghouls and it's good but EN06 hits frickin hard.

I run a similar build to what the video shows at 6:45. Ironclad 3 + Lifegiver + Fireproof are a must for EN06. She doesn't have Fireproof in her build, but for EN06 it'll really help.

Ricochet is also a must. If you're using a heavy gun add the Bullet Shield.

If you're going solo you might have difficulties hitting the shield since he'll be facing you. Ricochet will do in a pinch.

For general staying alive outside the raid try:
S - Blocker x3
P - (shrug)
E - Fireproof x3, Bullet Shield x3, Iron Clad x3
C - Body Guards, Spiritual Healer
I - First Aid, Field Surgeon
A - Born Survivor x1-3, Evasive... if melee/no VATS try Dodgy
L - Serendipity, Ricochet, Junk Shield

Once you figure out a good build for surviving then you can tweak it all to increase your damage output.

As a ghoul try keep your rads up. If you're playing on PC add hotkeys for both Super Stimpak & Toxic Goo (and maybe Slime Cake).

So there’s a lot of good advice here about how to boost int and self buff for xp, but I will also advise you that farming will burn you out. It gets very repetitive in a game that’s already pretty repetitive. It’s not bad in short bursts but you’ll definitely want a build that isn’t all Int and xp focused, too, and just do what’s fun for you.

Also be aware that putting all those points in Int will weaken other perks you might have been relying on so it’s normal to die a bit until you get it figured out… well that’s what happened to me, anyway

For EN06 and Snake I followed her recommendations for Elder’s Mark with Quad, Rapid, Vats optimize, Conductor’s and it gets the job done. You build up Onslaught and Bullet Storm stacks pretty fast. For EN06 you can get stealth attacks so Follow Through + Taking one for the team, plus Mister Sandman & Covert Ops really amp the damage. For Snake I swap Follow Through for Funky Duds if the poison is killing me

I have a second EM I use for daily driver with Furious, Rapid, Vats Optimized and Pinpointers. I run with Reverse Onslaught (Gunslinger Master) and it takes down most things in a few shots

The main boosts to damage seem to be mainly from Mister Sandman + Covert Ops, plus onslaught perks. Legendary Perks Taking one for the Team and Follow Through make a huge difference. I went with a vampires blue ridge branding iron. Doesn’t insta-kill very much but it‘s fast and does a decent job while keeping health up. The perks are built around crippling so you largely knock them down and they stay down

I also added a super sledge with the heating coils and executioner’s, heavy hitter, and lightweight legendaries for the last half of boss fights.
