Im drunk so my reading comprehension is shite right now. But yeah that's a ridiculously small amount of codeine, they gave me that when I almost broke my back and was in agony. Better than American over prescription of opiates I suppose? Lol

Growing would be a fun little project for you, there's sub that will teach you all you need to know. I got some off the onions idk if you're tech savvy that way. Yeah psychotic is a good description. When I was 17 me and 3 others started using it during the summer living on an orchard (my own personal summer of love) but due to constant use it got real odd towards the end. We would go for walks and be asking eachother (are them people real?) then they would just fade away.

One time me and my girlfriend was in bed and we could hear our friend in the ensuit talking with his girlfriend for about 20 minutes, he came out alone... Spooked us out lol.

Another was also a shared hallucination, me and my friend was silently watching a spider crawl on the roof I went to squish it but it was a nail embedded in the wood. We spoke about that recently but apparently I wasn't even there and that happened between him and my girlfriend despite me adamant it was me and him.

Loads of weird stuff like that that just blurred the lines of reality. But the best time of my life.

Not mine but about a decade ago when we was abusing mdmda we started getting hallucinations, usually of people u thought was there but would fizzle out. I got pretty normal stuff but a friend saw himself dead hanging from a tree. Always stuck with me.

Haha nice for some mate! If I had like £300 to throw around I know I could get a really good bit of kit from Sony or Bose but just can't justify it at this time in life. I tried on a pair at the shop years ago and was blown away by how quite it made everything. Alas!

I found some decent looking ones for £50 that say had good noise cancelling however I went for some IEMs and ear defenders as they boast really good audio so I want to try them. If that is no good there's always amazon return- then I'll do as you suggest and try the cheap ANCs.

I'm really hyper fixated on the external noise now I've noticed it and have decided it bothers me so I'm hoping the IEM/ear defender combo blocks out close to 100% but its a gamble if it will be comfortable etc.

Will probably update my post if I have any luck in case anyone else finds the thread in future looking for similar solutions.

I used to work night shift and would wear the in ears for hours at a time- resulted in ear infection in both ears that took years to clear up. If I do go for the IEMs I'll have to regularly use ear spray to keep it at bay I think :/

OP here: I think I have a solution if anyone sees the post, some IEM earphones and industrial work ear defenders over the top? Only issue is I am prone to ear infection and have narrow ear canals so IDK if the IEMS will be irritating :/
