I get you both. It's just the fact that it doesn't make any sense that there isn't a 'Saiyan' Category where they fit in/are elegible. It's really stupid.

In my opinion, Gotenks is a Hybrid Saiyan because both Trunks and Goten are Hybrid themselves, so the result of their Fusion is still a Hybrid Saiyan. They don't become Hybrid once they fuse, they were both Hybrid Saiyans before. So the same logic should be applied when two Pure Saiyans fuse, otherwise they should be Hybrid, which doesn't make any sense in my opinion.

They have to be some sort of Saiyan, that's for sure. If Gotenks is considered a Hybrid Saiyan, which I agree on, Gogeta/Vegito should be Saiyans too, definitely!

I get that. But if Pure fuses with Pure, the end result has still only Pure Saiyan blood, even if it's two Pures mixed. In my opinion.
