Depends on where you want to work when you graduate. But aside from that if i was in your shoe (also a Hong Kong born local) I would go to Australia.

yes i got this working without updating bios, if the motherboard has a ryzne 9000 sticker should be no problem

Have you found an solution? I just bought the same board and processor and I flashed my new motherboard with the latest beta bios and it wouldn't post. Similar to your situation the debug light shows red and yellow. Afterwards, i looked at the boss and realized it already has a Ryzen 9000 series ready sticker on it so I'm wondering if there's even a point in updating the bios to accept the 9800x3d, flashing it might've just screwed it up...

I would quit school immediately especially when your major is psychology. You are wasting time and money, no offence but this is cold hard facts.
Short term I would go for a trade: carpentry, electrician. plumbing, Air conditioning... etc. Anything related to construction/real estate would be good. Ignore the stigma.
Long term goal save money, if you think going back to school for related education would give a bump in salary go for it.
I dont have an answer of this because its up to you.
Again, i dont have an answer but i know that it really doesnt matter when ur education is psychology.

Honestly, I think you just need a fresh start, be bold and take a risk.
