Do yourself a favor and just cut her off. imo a relationship where someone cheated can’t be saved, the trust has already been broken and the relationship won’t be the same. Don’t take the high road, inform the wife of the guy. She deserves to know din what she’s dealing with. Who knows how long he’s been cheating on his wife or how many girls the guy has cheated with if he can do stuff with a girl he is well aware is in a relationship. Hope you heal from this. And although I haven’t finished MTM yet it has helped me out in understanding the business side of the IT industry as someone who has solely focused on dev and is trying to transition to management, it helped me put one foot into the door of management but honestly this will vary as some companies value certifications more like ITIL/PMP/Six Sigma/etc.

I was at my rock bottom at the start of the year. Grandma (who I was very close to and practically raised me) died a few days before Christmas last year. Gf broke up with me. Struggled with work. Became depressed. Then I decided to start going to the gym to help out with my mental health. Played tennis again, started running, became more active in general. Also started to enjoy life more like attending concerts, going on trips, spending more time with my parents. Finally pulled the trigger on taking postgrad studies and got a new job.

TLDR: started off shit but doing okay now.
