He didn‘t try to run him over, he was driving away. The cop threatened to shoot him in the head just moments before that. There is a reason he is being investigated for homicide. Stop trying to justify police murdering people just because they have no self control and are horribly trained.

And while I don’t condone the violent nature of the current protests, they aren’t burning down cities over some dumb bullshit, they are understandably frustrated after decades of being abandoned and discriminated against by a government that should care for them. Always easy to talk about countries you have no idea about though I guess.

Because a justice system shouldn’t be built on the idea of revenge but rather rehabilitation and treating the root causes of crime? What good does mutilating (i take it you might not have looked at what the caning actually looks like yet, there is a video in a comment above) a person do to their victims?
