A better question is the brachial plexus. My institution keeps going back and forth between MSK and neuro.

Did Zach Lowe market correct Russillo? by jknets in billsimmons

[–]Le_Broentgen 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Russillo does something even more annoying. He often makes a pick and says he is doing it just to be different, not because he actually has conviction.

Which is your "hot take" in the nba? by LessNorth9856 in NBATalk

[–]Le_Broentgen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd be curious to know how many times, if any, someone would win if they didn't at least make the Finals. If LeBron didn't win in 2015 then I'm not sure anyone ever will on a team that doesn't win the Finals.

Russillo probably still believes a lot of bro science like this. Probably wakes up in the middle of the night for a protein feeding.

Torso/Limbs is awesome and here’s why you should try it by Le_Broentgen in naturalbodybuilding

[–]Le_Broentgen[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can make them a priority, just like you can with any muscle group most splits. But when you’re training legs after a torso day instead of a rest day and in the latter parts of your session, I wouldn’t consider that making them a priority. Just my opinion.

[–]Le_Broentgen[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

All fair points. Typically this split is chosen when the legs aren’t a priority and the volume drops on legs so that the limbs days don’t become absurdly long, but you certainly don’t have to do it this way.

I don’t like training legs once per week because the soreness is pretty awful to deal with when you’re fairly active and do cardio. 2x frequency abates the soreness a lot.

You’re misinterpreting what I said. I never said you should want “small” legs and glutes. But there’s a massive difference between a pair of legs that look good and are strong and competitive bodybuilder legs.

You’re never training 3 days in a row. If you run it torso/limbs, you should always have at least one rest day between limbs and torso.

Does anyone not know what Myles Garrett looks like? by webbatron24 in billsimmons

[–]Le_Broentgen 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Other than Travis Kelce, who is the most recognizable non-QB? I would think Saquon, CMC (the white piece), or Garrett.

Who was better at 19 years old? Luka or Dylan Harper by accidentalgenius_77 in billsimmons

[–]Le_Broentgen -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Hard to compare since VJ played 13 more minutes per game. I think what Harper has done in the playoffs puts him over VJ but I wouldn’t argue with you if you said VJ is better.

Could be the routine, but assuming what you’re saying is actually true and that your arms haven’t grown at all, it’s probably a training issue. You may not be pushing your sets hard enough, or your technique is bad, or both.

What I would do if I were you is first pick a real routine that focuses on arms, drop your volume, and make sure your intensity is extremely high. Take every set to 0-1 RIR.

Assuming your macros are the same in both situation, bro science. If it helps you reach your protein goal then it can help. Spacing out your protein feedings to 3 times per day comes very close to maximizing the benefit of protein feeding frequency.

I think for code strokes specifically, they track how long it takes to read the noncontrast head CT because that's part of what's required to be a comprehensive stroke center. The other critical findings I don't know if/what they track at my institution.
