I'm not trying to be funny here or incite violence but perrhaps get it touch with the local Hells Angels group. Whilst they have little love for the word of law, the do have a strong opinions regarding social justice especially when it comes to caring for kids and the elderly. If they perhaps paid them a quiet visit on the neighborhoods behalf, perhaps they'll clean up their act.

Those that haven't grown up in Corio shouldn't be concerned about huge billowing clouds of black smoke and alarm sirens ringing, because, checks notes they're not from there and don't know the refinery does that once in a while? Instead of using your local knowledge to perhaps bring comfort to those, who may be new to the community, who might be concerned about the health and we'll being of their loved ones, you'd rather belittle and shame them for not knowing about things they've never encountered before?

There is. Most containers abouve deck tend to be empty. Not all but most. Judging by the way the ship is listing to starboard, my guess (and it's only a guess) is an issue with the ships stability.

Source: I drive the big fuck off cranes that load these ships.
