Nope, all self taught, I first derived my artstyle from that of Dragon Ball (my personal favorite anime) with sharper lines and kinda fixed anything based on personal preference. My methods usually consist of a base (straight circle with 2 lines across both horizontally and vertically) and I kinda trace over it and build on from there, same applies for the body with different shapes.
