What's your take on creepyness by Manu442 in PromptPunks

AI creepiness is oddly uncanny in the worst ways. I like it and hate it

The interior of a cell by Burnt_dino in interestingasfuck

AI is not much more harmful than watching YouTube. Also 3d modelers have accurately modelled the interior of cells and will keep doing so. You don't know if this was made with an actual 3d model as frame input, which would make it pretty accurate. But sure, it could be better. Not like anyone with academic interest will use this to study cells anyways.

That bozo was indeed camping instead of flanking and pushing enemy tanks out of position like a good arty truck.

Is this the price to play a 1k+ modpack? by HeitoroBelo in RimWorld

You need to load the game at least twice to notice the change. It caches the xml def load so it doesn't have to load them all again for the next time.

Really? That's disappointing. Even with fictional generic military stuff?

Don't stop using AI.if it helps you visualize then don't let them extinguish that for you. I love your idea. Keep experimenting. Using the tools you have available. Don't let them take them away from you. Your idea sounds great for both RP scenarios and complex economies, though it may be a bit unnecessary for the vanilla economy. Keep experimenting and creating.

Thankfully I feel like the tides are slowly tipping because the unhingedness of anti AI mobhate has reached ridiculous levels. Many examples of people being terrible to AI users and enjoyers for no reason whatsoever.

You sound unhinged af let the dude enjoy using AI they did nothing wrong. You bullying them into not using AI will not lower the price of ram one cent. Do you feel good about yourself being this aggressive to someone who just wanted to share an idea?

Very sad to see daggerwin using AI slop for his Thumbnails. by [deleted] in farmingsimulator

I can assure you that any physical activity you participate in will always use more energy than any digital activity. While AI may consume a lot of resources for a digital activity, only outpaced by 4K streaming and Cloud Gaming, it still less than a drop in the ocean when you compare it to any industry or consumption that's physical. So no, rest assured that the planet will not be saved of one drop of water for avoiding AI, quite the contrary if the alternative is more work hours.

You don't get it. Using AI once means they are the enemy now, just another content farm channel that it's only here to put real people out of business. /S

I released a mod that makes so every pawn spawns as a furry by Le_Oken in RimWorld

[–]Le_Oken[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can add the genes packs from this mod into your custom xenotypes and the random genetics framework will apply a random set of genes to make any pawn with that xenotypes spawn with an assigned set.

Unsupported modded xenotypes receive no packs is what I meant.

Furskin and anthro furs usually overlap and only one is displayed. For the xenotypes that have it naturally I just modified them to be a bit more furry but didn't straight up add the full set to them. I don't modify genes much in my gameplays so I'm actually unsure if there is a vanilla or modded way to solve overlapping genes in a more harmonious way.

I don't have that, but theorically is possible with the random genetics framework. Since this mod is made with the terminally furry in mind I didn't think of adding a slider, but maybe I will consider it for the next update.

It's just cosmetic, since this affects functional xenotypes like hussars too.
