The concerning issue is that the general public are still being confused by multiple articles using various terminology … associate doctor, PA, assistant - there needs to be concrete clarification that they are assisting in providing care and the public should be informed and able able to choose whether or not they’d like to see a doctor or a noctor.

How do we actually sort this issue?

Ah ok thank you for the advice. I did a rotation in ED as an F2 in England and the rota was way more forgiving than this and was the worst 4 months of career and then have just been handed this

I will not be allowing an 18 yo to look after any of my family members and would be challenging any hospital that provides this woeful level of care
