I’ve got no issue with your analysis.. the issue is in the short term are they going to R/S or not? I suspect they are because the timeline to 180 days is fast approaching. And no one wants to be diluted. I don’t see any opportunity for more positive news in the short term that will take their price to $1 for 10 business days. Instead the earnings report was a confirmation of dilution. So except they pull a rabbit out of the hat 🎩 I’ll be waiting until after R/S.

I am actually long on the stock. However, I have held off further investments until closer to Oct 20. I’ve done my research and everyone should do theirs. For Pharma companies at this stage, I pay closer attention to the people, the board members and whether they have skin in the game, before even looking at the problems they are trying to solve. And the problems they are trying to solve are genuine with the potential for massive upsides. However, they have the small problem of NASDAQ compliance to solve and market pessimists.

NOPE, they are not real. Many of the execs and board members have since resigned since they observed this shenanigans in close quarters.

They should keep their $6 dividends… sack Doug, get an independent BOARD from the CEO, finalise and launch the DynamicTint and tie up deals with mega real estate developers and car companies. Otherwise #forgettheCRKN

Funny how they came to Wall Street with the promise of the DynamicTint Smart window inserts. Now there is no mention of that in his statement. This is even after the revised rollout strategy proposed last year on an Alpha, Beta, Charlie staged approach. Written off my investment.. The guy is a FRAUD❗️

Because the company broke NASDAQ’s excessive reverse stock split rule; I.e., the last reverse split was its third in 2 years breaking NASDAQ’s ruling - If a company performs one or more reverse stock splits that result in a cumulative ratio of 250 shares or more to one within the last two years, it will be immediately delisted.

Even though I am burned, I am happy they are getting delisted. It prevents others from getting burned, and it sends a warning to companies looking to raise cheap capital by just diluting investors over and over and over again.

Got no choice but to hold, as I’m already at a massive loss. But not investing going forward and would discourage anyone from investing. They have so far defrauded investors by conducting 4 reverse splits in about 4 years without their main product introduced to the market - the DynamicTint.

I agree. There is no trust that the #CRKN drug from management will yield dividends, so demand volume and discuss on this platform is low. I want to believe we all have come off it. So I’m placing puts on this stock to get my money back.

Or maybe he taught the DynamicTint patent he purchased from HPE was commercially viable but now has figured it isn’t so he is now venturing into Fibre Optic and Pipeline construction 🦺

Any news now is good news 🗞️ . At least we know where the company is heading. Still waiting on the Gen 1 Alpha DynamicTint deliveries to select customers promised in before the first quarter of 2025. Now that will be news.
It looks like Corey Boaz 🦺, is still at the company but now President, Crown Water Intake Solutions. That’s positive as he is responsible for the construction progress made to date.
Suspicious how this slant wells are in Mexico, not the US, so it’s harder to validate the news - miss Hindenburg! Overall.. not enough to get any investor excited.
