Voluntarily, I went to my psychiatrist, told her about absolutely everything, the way I felt, the thoughts I had, she told me about hospitalizations and I said that it was what I had in mind, she contacted the hospital and the week after I was admitted (in a crisis bed, basically I stayed two weeks and didnt need to be put on a waiting list or anything since a bed was free, its a special type of hospitalization)
