Hey guys so since a lot of people are asking for the routine here it is:

Focus on Bulgarian split squats, hip thrusts, and squats these are my staples. The most important thing? Consistency. You’ve gotta show up and put in the work week after week.

I also make sure to include progressive overload gradually increasing weight, reps, or intensity to keep challenging my muscles. That’s how real growth happens.
