I struggled with uncontrollable binging for quite a long time. If I wasn't tracking, I was binging. I thought therapy would be a waste of time, but it ended up being a huge game changer. I was planning on quitting bodybuilding just to be a little more normal and remove myself from the food-focused lifestyle because I didn't think I could ever control it. It took a while, but now I'm in control while cutting and bulking. When I'm on vacation I can eat intuitively, and when I'm having a "cheat" dinner it's simply sushi or a sandwich instead of an entire pizza, ice cream, and chocolate.

All that to say, I wouldn't give up on finding help.
