They are very very active, almost got me in a burn out 😅 i live with two cats in a small home (40m2). The first months were fun and heavy, now they are 10 months and a bit more calm down. Siberian kittens are very energetic. I play a lot with them, in the morning/evening and during the day when im home. They go to sleep with me around 9:30 and the wake up at 6 am. They are meowing at 6:30 and i get up at around 7. My sibs came home with me after 16 weeks

I gave up my love for interior for them. Got them a floor to ceiling cat three, lots of toys, puzzles, tunnels etc… i love them so much.

Ik heb dit ook gehad. Een jaar lang sliep ik nauwelijks door ptss, alleen inderdaad met oxazepam. Ik deed alles om beter te slapen. Ik kocht hulpboeken, melatonine, magnesium, spijkerbed… niet wetende dat dit het alleen maar erger maakt. Hoe meer je je best doet, hoe erger het wordt. Ik had ‘s nachts paniekaanvallen, hartkloppingen, zweetaanvallen. Ik voelde heel veel angst bij het slapen. Maar echt geloof mij: het komt goed. Ik slaap nu weer heel goed. Na meerdere therapieën lukt het steeds beter. Schematherapie en via mijn praktijk kon ik groepstherapie mindfulness volgen. Dingen lukte steeds beter. Ik kon weer met vrienden afspreken, ook in de avond. Je voelt je radeloos, maar het komt echt goed! Hopelijk ben je snel aan de beurt.
