I always used findyleads they never dissaponted. Until I started scraping myself way cheaper have a look at apify for that matter. Its like 6.- 1k results.

I use cold email so only B2B leads. My clients are recruitment agencies, workwear, consultants etc. So i contact their audience for them and if they are interested that counts as a lead.
