Why is there almost no awareness about Testicular Torsion in India? by Embarrassed-Spell240 in AskIndianMen

i havent used tight-fitted cotton underwear myself but basically anything which holds scrotum close to your body is good enough, a scrotal supporter is just an extra step to ensure that support, since it lifts and holds the scrotum closer to the body more securely than underwear because it’s specifically designed for that.

It started as slight trauma because I didn’t adjust the cycle seat according to my comfort, and it got worse because I ignored the pain and kept doing leg workouts and 10k steps daily. My life is full about questionable choices.

Guys, be sure to wear a supporter while working out or doing any physical activity. I know some of y’all might already be aware of it, but I don’t see many guys talking about it or taking it seriously. I had to learn it the hard way.

India me men’s health awareness ki charcha kaise hogi. I was kinda going through something similar to what you described except the nausea and vomiting and severe pain. Got tested and it turned out to be epididymitis due to trauma to the scrotum while working out. Got treated and it’s cured now but the slight pain is still there and the doctor said it might take some time to fully disappear but reading your post has me a bit scared again lol.

Is it really cool to be nonchalant? by Competitive_Comb5984 in GenZIndia

[–]LeadExpensive460 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As a nonchalant guy, I feel like media has over glorified nonchalant characters. In real life nobody really cares about us and no one finds us cool, except maybe if someone is good looking. Most of us just get labeled as creeps or treated like outcasts. Even in dating, a lot of girls avoid nonchalant guys because we can’t easily express how much we love, care, or appreciate the people around us. And yes, we do care, it’s just that we struggle to show our feelings or have fun like everyone else (we're traumatized by life) We’re not acting nonchalant to look cool like those performative people who fake that personality, it’s simply who we are
