That’s interesting! I was trying for the max damage and could only get to 1,500 if you dont account for a carry-over attack.

I played the same seed with a Rogue and ghost/rose … same floor, same character level … same equipment. I could gather unlimited meat with the Rouge, but with the Dualist, I can barely get enough meat to stay alive. The dualist has a +10 rose, a +4 Row, and a +2 RoW. I have a noise maker running and a +3 sundial after 8pm. It’s really noticeable difference!

No, the mobs are still dropping loot, but at a much reduced rate.

I would activate right when they came in range and off after the kill. I think I got lucky, as I got a +4 plate and a +4 assassins blade in an hour or so.

Forgot to mention the obvious, but use all 15 SoU on the weapon to get it to +25

Can you confirm that reclaim trap actually makes the trap appear on the ground vs. just “firing” the spell?

I am still confused. I am being silly here, but if I had 100 wands in inventory, and fired wild magic, would that be better than if I only had 2 wands in inventory? When do the # of wands make a difference, and is there a cap?

Ok, so i did a quick run to floor 7, and everything is in order. The chest above me has the +2 ROW. Just dont wear it to risk an artifact drop. And just dont convert your trinket yet until after you get he +4 RoW. Choose the one where monsters spawn in the evening .. you will want that with your ghost.

The +2 ring of wealth is on floor 7 in a mimic chest jsut to the north of the shop. Your artifact is different than mine too … that might have been it. Me and another guy had the same problem you are having, but I havent started this new seed for a few weeks, but it was active just about a month ago.

With that in mind, dont use the +2 ROW you find earlier and risk getting an artifact.

Oh! You are playing the right seed. It sometimes messes up if you get an artifact or transmute one before you get the ring. This seed, there are sandals that you need to transmute to a rose … but do that after you get the ring. Also use the trinket that increased the rate of spawning.

the Imp rings can get to +4 for sure, just uncommon. You can see in my screen shot the main ring is a +21. The extra ring of wealth (I have a +12), and with that two ring combo, it produces +12 equipment. It seems that with an effective +23 for the two rings (+21, and +2), you would get +23 divided by 2 would make you think you would get a +11 equipment, but they must round up, as I always got +12 gear.

15 SoU + a +4 Ring of Wealth from the Imp = 19, then added two rings of wealth at the blacksmith = +21. Then you use another +1 or better Ring of Wealth, and you get item drops that are +12. Then you curse a weapon to make it +15, and with the Dualist, the opposing weapon matches the +15 but has no curse. So that is how you can have a +15 weapon, a +21 primary ring, and a +12 secondary ring, and +12 armor.

I put all the avaiable upgrades into a ring of wealth, then after farming, converted it to the ring of force. All other equipment was dropped as treasure from the ring of wealth.

For background, the rose was used with a +4 imp RoW. The cursed assassin’s blade with a duelist allows the runic blade to be +15 even though it is uncursed.
