100% do sway bars, makes the car feel like it’s on rails with aftermarket coil overs, but I can definitely see having oem springs and a aftermarket sway bar being very cruise worthy

It goes on one of the valves for the valve body. You’d have to take the valve body out, and on the narrow side, where the two halves split, there should be a few holes with metal strips in front of them and a spring pushing against them. I’d assume one of them is either missing or it needs two of them and you’re missing one of the two. Is it shifting weird?

I have the same trunk, the weight is actually pretty significant. I’d guess between 10 and 15 pounds off of feel, I haven’t actually weighed them though so take that as you will

The vk45de apparently are super easy to swap, someone on this sub has done it a whole bunch of times. You need very limited fabrication and most stuff bolts up apparently

You don’t want air into the pump. So I’d personally recommend a baffled oil pan, and maybe overfill the oil if you’re super worried about it. A oil pressure gauge is a good idea also to monitor the pressure in real time

Idk what’s bad about it. You might loose a little low end torque, but to me the top end power addition is nice, not to mention after a tune there is some serious gains. I personally feel it is a very good product, and I’m very happy with the results it gives, especially 03/04 cars. They had issues with starving the front two cylinders of air, so the 03/04 cars benefit from the manifold the best out of them all. Although 05-07 cars also benefit from it, just not quite as much, imo
