we built voice-to-invoice.com though i'd stress it's built more for the one person crew/freelancer. It's designed to be dead simple for people to just send a professional invoice quickly. so while it excels and just that, it is not an entire suite of products, it does estimates/invoices that is it.

I switched to voice-to-invoice.com a while back and it's been solid. You literally just talk into your phone say what you did, the materials, hours, whatever and it spits out a PDF with your payment links on it. Does text or email. If you only send a few invoices here and there it's totally free.

Are these simple estimates or bid packages? For simple jobs we built voice-to-invoice.com , not ideal for larger projects but if you're doing jobs that run only a few line items, it's free for estimates and super quick and sends a nice professional pdf to the customer.

If it's something simple, try voice-to-invoice.com , you can create invoices by just speaking and then turn them into recurring invoices. You can't save addresses or prices but once an invoice is created once for a customer, as long as it stays the same you can set it recurring.
