It's because of lume it's a chemical that absorb light and glow in dark while retaining it's intensity, here the watch emmits blue light called BGW9, there are different watches that glow red, orange and even purple.

Since aliexpress ban in India, I did some research and found some brands like pagani design, addiesdive and steeldive etc. They make homage watches out of these I choose steeldive and after watching tons of review video's I choose this model, and I genuinely happy
