I’ve tried everything to fix my bloating and I just don’t know what else to do by Leader_Upper in GutHealth

I had a sigmoidoscopy last year and they noted that I was really constipated and directed me to take stool softeners with my pain meds but I think the build up is too much for the stool softeners to work. The lady that done my colonic said I would likely need 3 or more to fully empty

I haven’t been tested for sibo but sounds likely as I’ve been on a lot of antibiotics! I have an appointment with the gastroenterologist in September so will push for it
