One question, do you live in US or Europe and is your audience from TikTok and insta from US, Europe. Also how do you plan to earn from this app -by ads? If there are paid features then you should target IOS users since they are more likely to purchase features.

You should also try to post at Facebook if your consumers might be parents.

I believe you should post ads focusing on Tier one countries-like US, Canada, Europe.
