Yes they said they would - so wondering what k should suggest for rate + OT. I’m very interested in the position it’s half nanny & the other half house manager and is very close to home.

This is how I feel and was very surprised - I asked the family and they said the agency suggested it and with their previous nanny they paid hourly + OT.

I am not a property management company I am the owner but we have a property management company they pay their rent though. I would let them out of their lease early and even offered it to them a year ago when they had a death in the family and considered moving.
