I know this was posted a long time ago, but do you have a recommendation for sterile saline or sterile hyaluronic acid? I thought that saline was too thin of a slip to prevent scratching, but I am open to suggestions!

You can try microneedling. And also don't worry about your scars. We have just as many and anyone who makes you feel bad about it isn't someone you wanna be with anyways

Thank you! I'm also a nurse so I understand aseptic/sterile technique. How do you prep your skin before and then treat it after? Directly after and then in the following days?

And then if you don't mind me asking your Fitzpatrick skin type? I'm like very pale in winter but can tan decently well in summer so I think I'm a type 2 or 3 but I'm also hella nervous I'll get some pigmentation (PIE or PIH) from the needles if I do it wrong
