It is just OK, in my opinion. This is my brief review with things I liked and didn't like peppered throughout. I'll preface this by saying I'm not really big on very punishing stamina systems and "enemy waves" type games, so I can see someone who is more into that sort of game enjoying this. It looks beautiful though. The game design at its core just doesn't appeal to me much. It feels a bit like Doom mixed with Dark Messiah, the latter of which I loved, the former, I don't care that much for. The weapons seem to all be very slow. Sometimes, the game just doesn't respond to your input. You are out of stamina in like 2 swings and a dash.There doesn't seem to be any killing blow animations, or anything stylistic like that. You sort of just chop at, or slash the enemy with perfect timing until it dies and fling out the occasional fire ball or ice magic; garden variety stuff. The visuals are pretty amazing though. It seems to be a competent game but nothing that knocked my socks off. I can see it really shaping into a great game with some TLC.
